Our client sought to set a new benchmark for innovation within the baking and snacks sector. The challenge was to develop unique and impactful solutions that would enhance consumer, client, and collaborator experiences. The focus was not just on launching new products, but on creating a transformative process that delivers enduring value.

To address the client's needs, we aimed to design a comprehensive long-term innovation strategy, enhance the efficiency and agility of solution development, and anticipate market changes. We also focused on increasing the success rate and sustainability of new solutions, and ensuring they met the needs of consumers and clients. This involved unifying the company’s approach to innovation, fostering a collaborative culture, and integrating innovation frameworks across the organization.

We designed and implemented a tailored Innovation Model to elevate the company’s innovation practices. This model involved transforming the organizational structure, developing team capabilities, and refining processes to support innovation. It was co-created with key departments including Marketing, New Product Development, Sales, Operations, HR, IT, and other innovation entities.

The approach facilitated a shift from isolated innovation efforts to a more open and collaborative model. We moved from a focus on immediate solutions to building a future-oriented innovation mindset. This transformation included transitioning from siloed practices to a networked, transversal approach, promoting a culture of innovation throughout the organization.

Over four years, the project led to significant achievements, including training over 400 associates across 13 countries, conducting more than 25 global workshops, and launching several pilot projects with the new innovation process. Collaboration was established across 7 international locations, enhancing the company’s capacity to innovate effectively and meet future market demands.

This project not only advanced the company’s innovation capabilities but also set a new standard for how innovation can drive growth and success in the industry.
