We designed and implemented a tailored Innovation Model to elevate the company’s innovation practices. This model involved transforming the organizational structure, developing team capabilities, and refining processes to support innovation. It was co-created with key departments including Marketing, New Product Development, Sales, Operations, HR, IT, and other innovation entities.
Over four years, the project led to significant achievements, including training over 400 associates across 13 countries, conducting more than 25 global workshops, and launching several pilot projects with the new innovation process. Collaboration was established across 7 international locations, enhancing the company’s capacity to innovate effectively and meet future market demands.
This project not only advanced the company’s innovation capabilities but also set a new standard for how innovation can drive growth and success in the industry.
